Previous incidents

A fix has been successfully deployed to all hosted WordPress sites. This has resolved the issues previously experienced, including slow load times and menu display errors on mobile devices.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The platform continues to be monitored over the next few hours, and so far, no further issues previously seen have been reported.

Following a platform reboot, Hosting Services have now resumed. Customer websites are now fully accessible and CPanel access has been restored.
