Maintenance

We will be upgrading the Webterior Customer Portal to the latest release.

During this period the Customer Hub/Portal will be unavailable. Customers will be unable to login or purchase new services during this time.

We will be carrying out routine monthly maintenance and patching on Saturday 13th December, during our regular window between 02:00 and 03:00 (UK time). During this time, some services will be temporarily unavailable while updates are deployed to our production environments.

Each hosted site may experience a brief period of downtime of around 5 minutes while changes are applied. We do not expect any further disruption outside of this window.
